First day of school
Monday, August 30th
Elementary
(K4-6) will be a meet the teacher/ drop in day between
8:00 and 11:30.
Secondary
will be an Early Release / Half Day 8:00 – 11:30.
Extended Care
will be open in the afternoon on August 30th,
pre-registration required.
Office
will close at 12:00 on August 30th.
Students will begin regular schedules on Tuesday, August
31st at 8:00 AM.
7th, 9th
and new MS/HS student orientations
Friday, August 27th - Freshmen & New HS
Students from 9:45 – 12:00 / 7th Grade and
New MS Students 12:15 – 2:15. Bring school supplies and
a towel for water games.
secondary Locker
access
All 7-12th grade students may have access to
their lockers starting on Friday, August 27th.
Finance OFFICE
Window Hours
The Finance Office will have a window open Monday thru
Friday from 7:45 - 8:15 AM and 2:45 – 3:15 PM to assist
parents and students with the following: purchase PE
uniforms and NIV Bibles ($7), pay Sports Fees, Extended
Care and cash tuition payments. The finance window is
located to the right of the main office near the
Secondary Hallway.
PE Uniforms
We encourage you to purchase PE Uniforms at Back to
School Night on Sept. 2nd. Students will
have until Tuesday, Sept. 7th before they
will be required to be dressed in uniforms for class.
Students may bring gym shorts and a t-shirt to wear
until they have had a chance to purchase their uniform.
New Band teacher
We are happy to announce that Mrs. Sarah Tennis has been
hired as our new Band teacher! Band will be available
for students in 5th – 12th grade.
Hot Lunch Program
Hot Lunch will be available beginning on Monday,
September 13th, watch for more information to
come.
Back to School Night
Thursday, September 2nd 6:30 – 8:00 PM /
General Session 6:30 – 7:15 in the Gym with
Administration and Staff. All teachers will be in
classrooms for an informal time of meet & greet from
7:15 – 8:00.
Applooza
Please take the time to sign up for your child’s
elementary class booth. You can find these sign-up
sheets in your child’s classroom on Monday morning. We
will have yard signs placed at each of the entrances if
you would like to take one for your yard. If you still
have signs from last year please contact us, so we can
get you new date stickers for this year. It is not too
late to join the committee, if you are interested in
helping out we would love to have you. If you have any
