Well good news from the financial office! We are now offering direct
checking withdrawal for tuition payments!
This is not online bill-pay that uses a third party, but instead is
processed directly through the school. Fewer hands involved means greater
security, and we are pleased to be able to finally offer this convenience to
our families.
One of the special features we will be providing is payment date options.
You may elect to have your payment deducted on (or just after) the 1st, 5th,
10th or the 15th of each month.
The process is simple. All you will need to do is pick up a form at the
office, fill out the information, sign it, attach a voided check and turn it
in to Dawna Edwards in the financial office. From that point on, your
tuition payments will be deducted monthly from the checking or savings
account that you indicated on the form. No longer will you need to worry
about late fees, accidentally overpaying your account or lost checks. Our
staff has been using this process for over a year for direct deposits and
they have been extremely happy with the convenience.
